Nestled within Ch’íyΓ‘qtel First Nation (Tzeachten), their project introduces affordable 15 suites tailored to meet the unique needs of elders and large families, addressing essential needs for housing within the community. This housing project is a testament to our commitment to delivering residences that embody quality, longevity, and comfort. Notably, the initiative thrives on collaboration, with the consultant team, client, contractor, funders, and development consultants all aligned and pulling in unison toward a shared vision, ensuring the success and positive impact.

Greystone Townhomes

The Greystone project comprises 43 townhomes, a collaborative effort with the owner and client to deliver essential housing to the community. The architectural vision incorporates a seamlessly integrated landscape design and site flow, contributing to the overall livability of the development.

Chawathil First Nation Affordable Housing

Located within the heart of the Chawathil First Nation, this project aims to address critical community needs by delivering 31 residential units spread across four buildings. These homes are designed exclusively for band members, addressing critical housing needs with a focus both on Elder friendly suites and large family-orientated units.

Affordable Housing Scope

The Nerdy Architect offers a diverse portfolio of affordable housing projects tailored to meet the unique needs of communities. These projects include shelters and supportive housing designed for individuals experiencing homelessness, developed in collaboration with local nonprofits and BC housing. Additionally, The Nerdy Architect collaborates with organizations like the Community Living Society to design homes for individuals who need extra support emphasizing accessibility and creating inclusive living spaces.
